As an exhibition-linked program, you will hear directly from the artist Yunhee Heo about the work of <Diary of Leaves>. We would like to take a walk in the museum garden, draw the leaves we found, and have a conversation. In <Diary of Leaves>, from 2008 to 2019, the artist took a walk near the house every day, picked up a leaf representing the color of the day, and drew the same size, shape, and color to record everyday moments. With the motif of nature observer Henry David Thoreau, the work tells the story of the day and the leaves that change slightly every day, practicing utopia in ordinary and simple daily life, and telling the present moment.
